The short version
We collect what you type into the intake form so we can reply to you and build your preview. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@truspokeware.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on the start page: your business name, the kind of work you do, the town you serve, a phone number or email address, whether you have a website or a domain, and a short description of what you want the site to do. If you tell us to call you we will use that number.
What happens to it
Your submission is turned into a private record in a private issue tracker, where it is visible only to Truman. We read it, we reply to you, and we use the business details you gave us to build the free website preview we send you.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We do not add you to a mailing list, newsletter, or dialer.
- We do not run advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
- We do not build marketing profiles about you from this form.
How long we keep it
Inquiries that turn into work are kept for as long as we work together and for the records we are required to keep. Inquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Spam submissions are not stored at all; they are filtered before they are recorded.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. It uses cookieless, privacy-first measurement so we can see which pages are read, which records no personal identifier and cannot follow you anywhere else on the internet.
Third parties
Pages are served from Cloudflare, which processes the request in order to deliver the page. There are no advertising networks, trackers, chat widgets, or embedded third-party scripts on this site.
Your choices
Ask us to correct anything we have wrong, or to delete your record entirely. Email hello@truspokeware.com and we will action it. There is no account to close and no preference centre to manage, because there is no account.
If you run a business with us
Our client agreement covers that relationship separately, including the hosting, domain registration, and any analytics on your own site. This page is about this website only.
Changes to this page
If this changes materially we will update the date below.
